     All of our breads are made with non-bleached, non-bromated, non-gmo King Arthur Flour.  Everything is leavened naturally with our sourdough starter for up to 56 hours, which means that our doughs are mostly predigested before they enter the oven.  This natural fermentation process both readies the nutrients in the flour and grains for easy digestion and adds great flavor to our breads!
